How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders is 15-45 working days from when the order is placed.

When you buy the product we send it to production and once the product has been sent to you, you can check/review all the moments of the process from our store.

If for any reason the order has to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.

Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and is expressly accepted by both parties.

What is the shipping cost?

SHERVY does not charge for shipping the products, or what is the same, you only pay for the product and we cover the shipping.

This does not include expenses that may be generated due to customs charges that may be in force in the region to which the product was requested to be shipped, which are borne by the customer.

Where do we ship to?

To the whole world except Guadeloupe and North Korea.

Locations may be temporarily disabled due to COVID-19, or shipping may be delayed as a result of it.

SHERVY is not responsible for the inconvenience generated for wrong addresses offered by our clients, it is important that our customer makes sure to provide the correct information at the time of purchasing.

RETURNS

SHERVY is a print-on-demand store, which means that all products are unique and are produced only after an order has been placed. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size or color or simply did not like the product. Be sure to read the specifications for each part before you finish your purchase to make sure you get the product you want.

 

 

What if there is a problem with an order?

 

 If there is a problem with an order or with the products received, please contact our team within 15 days after the product is delivered. SHERVY offers a free replacement (the same product or another up to the same price) or a refund, in the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

 In the event a replacement order is arranged, it is not necessary to return the original order to us.

 Please note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or the wrong size or color was ordered, our company will not be responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing the correct information necessary to fulfill the order.
